Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately and cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

This includes:

  • Order cancellations

  • Shipping address changes

  • Product changes

  • Size changes

Please review your order carefully before checkout.


Priority + Insured Shipping

If Priority + Insured Shipping is selected at checkout, your order is protected during transit.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, you may choose between:

  • A replacement shipment

  • A full refund

If Free Shipping or Standard Shipping is selected, verified lost packages will be reshipped at no additional cost.


Lost or Missing Packages

Volara is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Please ensure all shipping and billing information is accurate before placing your order.

If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.

Volara is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Missing packages after delivery

  • Delivery issues caused by unsafe drop-off locations

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivered-but-missing packages.


Customs & Duties

Volara is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply once an order has shipped.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that international shipments may be subject to customs charges based on your country’s regulations.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Central & South America: 15–25 business days

  • Asia: 7–15 business days

  • Africa: 15–30 business days

Maximum estimated delivery time for most regions is up to 25 business days, excluding areas affected by customs delays.

Shipping estimates do not include processing time.

Volara is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear, as some carriers require additional time to register shipment data.


Tracking Shows “No Information Available”

In some cases, tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

If your order shipped more than 5 business days ago and tracking still has not updated, please contact our support team for assistance.
